Nuisance calls! Once you answer,they hang up! I have now blocked their number. I've read that it is something to do with smart meters,though.
This number keeps calling me, they keep telling me I have had an accident and they will make a claim for me, they keep asking for personal information, but that isn t going to happen, they just keep calling and harassing me and wont take no for an answer.

Annoying at least automated system rings up mothers land-line every day. It says 'your Amazon account will be renewed for 70.99 enjoy using Amazon' This is not related to the account held and are no other accounts. If it goes through to an advisor scam they usually hang up. NOT entirely sure what they are doing but it seems very much like is a scam - don't give them your details.

American accent claiming to be from Microsoft calling about my Internet. If they'd checked where I live they'd know I'm on Kcom and not BT. Obviously a scam but didn't give me any chance to challenge him

Called from a company called Enterprise, tried to get me to provide my email address so they could send me informaiton on investing in wine. when i said i was not interested he hung up straight away
Fraud - pretends to be HMRC. An american accent robotic voice tells me that the number for the Division is 01615133408 and i am not to disregard the message or not respond. if they do not hear from me or my solicitor either then I should get ready to face the legal consequences!!

I recieved a suspicious text from this number this was the contents: Your postal package has arrived at the local warehouse, but due to incorrect shipping address or incomplete information, it cannot be delivered. The package will be returned in 24 hours. Fraud They told me that £980 had been taken from my Paypal - press one to talk to the team about it - pressed 1 to be connected to a Chinese sounding woman who told me Thank you for calling Openreach - they cannot even remember what scam script they are trying to pull. I asked her how Openreach are connected with my PayPal to have the phone slammed down on me.
