They called me a few times, one call after another, vey aggressively pursuiting my response which I refused to give each time, despite my refusal they were insistent. I think they wished to make some survey. They knew my full name. Very strong foreign accent. Absolutely outrageous.

Caller said he was from Home Appliance Care. He addressed me by a false name I had given to a "lifestyle survey company" some time ago. He told me his records show that as my washing machine warranty was about to expire he would renew it. When I asked him where he got my details from he terminated the call. The number was not recognised when I dialled it. How can you trust a company which spoofs its telephone number.

Fed up!! These people won t leave me alone no matter what I do! I ve blocked the number on my phone but they still leave messages trying to get me to buy Scottish Power s services! I ve even spoken to Scottish Power direct who very kindly removed me from their database but they can t stop these people! Not happy!
