Terrifying automated message said they were from the national crime agency and that my national insurance number would be suspended because it was involved in fraudulent activity and to press 1 to talk to an advisor and reiterated over firmly PRESS 1 NOW. Shocking

Said they were calling to offer free inspection of loft insulation because the Government has designated some of the old stuff as "irritant". I asked who they represent and she said they work with a number of companies. I asked what her organisation was and she told me she'd get a manager to ring back in the next half hour. Money scam. They pose as a photography company (Imagethirst), offering free photo shoots, asking for a deposit first(usually ?40-?50). They have been known to tell you that you are a prize winner for other things also, and pose as other companies.
