Fraud cold caller - said Hello - I replied Hello - they hung up!! Why does this happen? I'm assuming they are fraudsters or scum scammers?
The company is called Fresh Start and was warned about this company calling fron 0161 numbers. They re main purpose is to obtain your bank details, under no circumstances get in to a conversation with these people. they will rob you blind.
