Claimed to be from TALKTALK technical dept, asking whether i had problems with internet. I'm aware of these scams so played along for a while and it was the usual thing; they get you to look up Windows Eventviewer , see the number of 'errors', say 'Oh my God', then tell you it can be fixed by doing what they say. Call me constantly on my landline and mobile. It s regarding a road traffic accident they claim I have had but I haven t. I have said many times I haven t but they don t listen. I block them then a few weeks later a get a call from a different number but the same company. Won t take me off their database despite me telling them dozens of times. My tip is just hang up on these annoying cold callers who buy our private numbers from databases.
