After what has been an horrendous and traumatic experience of accruing debt due to my account not being updated properly after a house move from over a year ago, I actually spoke with an amazing lady at Scottish Power this evening, her name is Rehan, employee number E896050. Rehan listened, was patient and understanding, she provided relevant feedback with clear a explanation and was so courteous and professional! Thank you so much Rehan for being so so so very good at your job!
As of writing, 3 different numbers tried to call me today (020 8956 2943, 020 8956 2230 and 020 8956 2601). They all start with 020, I don’t know anyone who owns those numbers, maybe the same individual is using different numbers to call me. Likely a fraud and now it’s harassing.

A very well spoken man said he was calling from some company (I didn't catch the name) to do with my Scottish Widows life insurance. Call center - rang the number back and said it was 'sure cover' I've never had anything to do with them and constantly ringing. Blocked them yesterday but called again this morning on a different number! Wish they would take the hint when I am constantly ending the call on them. go away!! Blocked for 3rd time and will keep doing so regardless how many numbers they've got.
Didn't answer them, they left no voicemail. I've been applying for loads of jobs recently so I assume it's either a call centre regarding that, or my numbers been sold on.
