Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 19167122xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with FIRST ASSIST - car accident claims, insurance marketing, PPI. I believe this to be a telephone/banking scam. They purported to be my bank but they said they wanted me to open another account and transfer money from my account into this other account - at that point I stopped the call and called the number on the back of my debit card and reported the call to my bank fraud department.
