I was a bit uneasy with a firm telling me that they could get me a rates reduction as there are many firms offering this service! Graham George and their rep Jason were more than helpful in the service they provided me, even when all of the paperwork was lost by the government department. They resubmitted it the next day a decision was made a week later. This number has called my home number more than once. When answering, after a short while the call ends. Maybe checking the number is valid? I suspect this is related to a spam or scam. When I call the number they do not answer.
