Had a call from the CIB wanting me to do a survey. Fourth one in a week and all from different numbers. Guy would not take no about the dumb ass survey so terminated the call.

Caller asked for someone else who lives in the house by name - after teh ususal telemarketing pause of silence..... When I explained they were not in and asked if I could take a message, the caller sounded annoyed that the person he called for was not in, and then HE HUNG UP. . Cold caller? Telemarketer? Rude - yes!

Call from heavily-accented female who told me I have lots of viruses and malware on my computer. I asked where she was from - Windows department(!) I pretended to be shocked and asked her how she could tell and she got me to open event viewer - which I did, to see the normal number of errors and warnings. Received numerous calls on my mobile answered a few times to no response finally speaks to someone called Tony told me I d had an accident (which I never had) asked politely if he could ring me back tomorrow as I d seen it in the stars I was going to have the said accident, at that point we got disconnected?

Claimed to be Scottish Power. I have no dealings with Scottish Power so assume scammer.
