I received called this number pretending to be from Lowri back and that they were advise by my gas provider to change my meter, I called back lowri beck and my gas provider and they didn t provide any such instructions. BIG time SCAM

CHECKING MY BANK STATEMENT I FOUND A DEBIT OF ?99.99 FROM A FREE TIME CD. I RANG THE BANK WHO WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FOUND OUT THAT IT WAS FROM A PURCHASE I HAD MADE ABOUT A MONTH EARLIER. AFTER I PUT THE PHONE DOWN AND GOOGLED THE NUMBER I FOUND THIS WEBSITE. One of those dodgy "I am calling about a recent car accident you have been involved it.". Called themselves "Clumsy consulting".
Called both my mobile and my landline - both numbers have voicemail facility, but no message left on either! If it s important enough to call, they should leave a message. Just hanging up suggests it s some sort of telesales which, as I m registered with TPS, should not be happening. Am vey annoyed!!

Didn t answer partly because have seen comments here but also because I never answer unknown numbers or numbers not in my contact list on first call. If someone genuinely wants to speak to me they will leave a voicemail. This number has rung many times and never leaves a message

Missed the call, anyway, before seeing these comments. "Looks like a premium rate number" Sorry, but you re mistaken. 01, 02, 03 are all classed as national rate calls (apart from Channel Islands, Isle of Man) and 03xxx are business numbers. 0845 and 0870 numbers very widely being changed to 0345 and 0370 numbers so they are included in most calls packages (including from mobiles). Only 1899.com and 18185 (cheap call services when dialling using those prefixes before a number) are not including 03x
