Said he was from a benefit office of a life insurance company but they were not a provider. Then went on about financial advice. Said no thanks and goodbye.
My phone blocked this number and reported it as SPAM no message left.

DANGEROUS SCAM. The Phone rang and caller (a computer) hung up when I didn't speak! This was a computer generated call trying to sniff out voice lines. If you answered "hello" or anything else then the line will be detected as 'a voice line' and you'll likely be called back later by some con-artist! Challenged them on ignoring TPS, and fact that they have obtained data illegally since all domain registration detail is now 'redacted' - caller hung up.
