When you answer your phone and if it s a number you don t recognise, DON T SPEAK JUST LISTEN! Wait for the caller to speak first and then decide whether to simply put the phone down. If it s a recorded message, it ll nearly always be a scam or a computer dialling a batch of numbers in sequence and trying to assertain if the number they have just dialled is a voice line. i.e. a private phone number. Rang my phone numerous times last night around 11:30 - 12:00 beleive it to be a scam as no reputable company wouldd phone at stupid o'clock

Called me. came with a warning from my network that it is suspected spam.
nBlocked the number..

This number called; no person spoke and when I dialled it back "this number is not in service"

Automated call. Warrant been issued for my arrest by HMRC. Case number quoted. Advised to not ignore and phone number.
