This is apparently a lottery syndicate. They wanted me to set up a direct debit of £39/month. It started from a "win a free iPhone, guaranteed". They asked for my contact details, and then it became apparent that my details would be given to lots of companies. Then 02036346988 called me. The voicemail threatens to take legal action against you if you don't phone back but doesn't give you any specific details.
