this number has been calling me several times per day for around 2 weeks, when I answered it was a telemarketing company telling me I had been involved in an accident (I haven t) when I responded with "well you know more about this than I do" the caller hung up and didn t call again so I will definitely be using that tactic in the future

Called fishing for bank account details while pretending to be from a tv insurance company. Put the phone down on me when i wouldn't confirm the bank details.

Calling in the middle of the night. Recorded voice. Really annoying.

Keep getting calls from this number but they do not leave a message. Telephoned them from my office number and its comes up as a voicemail from CR Assist? Who are they?

They had the cheek to call me again - when I was busy of course - with their wretched recorded message saying it was not too late. I think they can be prosecuted for this harassment and dishonesty, pretending people have claims when they know nothing about whether they have or not, and be heavily fined. Apparently I have won several thousand dollars in a US draw without buying a ticket. I was given a reference number but it sounds very much like a scam.
