Hi folks !! Dont worry this is Ebay trying to send you all a message code as their system was recently hacked back in May this year 2014. I have just gone to use my Ebay account for the first time in 5 months and it said i need to change my password. This is the number rang my home number immiediately afterwards so i tried doing it again and voila !!! My phone rang again. If you change your Ebay password dont use the home phone option use your email or txt it to me option. Hope this puts all your minds

I was called 3 times yesterday spoke with a gentleman called Mark said my PPI claim had been successful and I would be receiving £8749 pounds asked did I want it paid into my bank account or a check I said by check he told me it would be delivered to my house today between 10 and 11 an and the I would have to pay the £298.He said he worked for Claims Advisery Group to the best of my knowledge I have no dealings with this company

Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. Similar numbers are reported as a telemarketing - scam PPI calls mainly. Did someone answer any number of this range? Is there any reason why companies use line with shared costs for just ringing you and left no message (other than scam...)? If this was a silent call for you, do not call back for any reason! Consumer research....and as like all these type of operations...when someone actually answers the phone at the customer end, the call is put through to an operator...if there is one available, hence the silence if one is not immediately there. They do state, if calling the number back, to leave your name and number to remove you from the database, which I have....so we shall see if these "nuisance" calls do actually stop!
