Told me he was calling from a local newspaper regarding a feature they were running. Was unable to answer any of my specific questions, instead just kept asking me things and got very tongue tied when I questioned him.
When you answer they hang up. You call back an automated voice says no company name. Just your call is important to us and will be answered by the next available. Then after approx 5 mins it just says goodbye

Said it was HMRC and to ring them back to avoid further legal problems. When the message stopped I heard a distorted mans voice in the background slightly before it hung up.
