Also, you know it's a genuine bureaucratic banking process when they ask for 10 different details to confirm your identity. I swear the support lady could just identify theft the hell out of me at this point.

SCAM receive numerous calls daily which they keep hanging up whether I speak or not. I called the number back & they are a Funeral Plan SCAM. I remember speaking to them a while ago when I told them I was not interested so now I am fed up with them ringing & hanging up. Calls again and again. Phone normally gets put down on answer. Once heard a woman saying " Calling about the PAYG phone you bought recently " then it cut off. Added niumber to my blacklist and yet it still keeps coming through.

I got a call from this number this morning on answering A recorded message (american accent0 started the call saying that a legal writ has been placed on my name I should.... I cut the call and redialled the nr and when I engaged with the operator stating I wasn't pleased with bing subject to legal action the operator put the phone down on me.
