AUTOMATED CALL - SCAM Automated call saying there had been 2 attempts to pay for goods from my card, one of which was over £1000. Saying to complete my debit card details in order to prevent fraud. My bank would never leave a telephone message in such an event, and wouldn't ask for my bank details over the phone. Call was from Eastbourne

The billing address was: Asmee Kaia Hawthorns Nightingale Avenue West Horsley, Surrey, KT24 6NZ United Kingdom and this phone number, The above address was given on the billing address and doesn't relate to the phone number for the actual address for this phone number.

Received txt from 01908 238013 asking me to call 03308 084 562 with a reference No., saying I'd set up a payment for Mrs C Davidson £850 scheduled for today 20/02/2022 @ 19:15. Txt came in @ 16:07 Info from- http://www.call-charges.co.uk/03308-premium-rate-phone-numbers#one Calls from landlines are typically charged between 2p and 10p per minute; calls from mobiles typically cost between 10p and 40p per minute, but they can set the rate at whatever they like. Just delete it. Don't call them back!

100% trustworthy because no-one has said otherwise yet????? Thats hardly a way to grade something. Maybe its 100% Scam but no-one has said otherwise. Other websites say its Indian call centres asking for details claim to be EE or o2 or Virgin so that doesnt sound very authentic does it - and if you havent asked for Indian call centres to call you its spam and a likely fraud

SPAM - Some vague woman wittering on about being "one of the energy advisers for the area" who had no desire to let me speak. Asking her "Which area is that?" caused her to hang up. Trying to call her back resulted in a voice saying "Goodbye" on 4 occasions. could week be a SCAN sales call to elicit information or promote a phony product. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I have a Sky and 02 contract, different phones. I had a call from this number purporting to be 02 on my Sky phone; took me a while to realise! Offered me a 45% discount on my bill for 2 years with no catches??? Spoke in an Indian accent, very fast, so not easy to understand. Asked for my full name, which I queried as he was supposed to have my account records. However, not giving anything away, I did so but he misspelled everything. Seems like an Indian call centre, have had a few missed calls from several number over the passed few days which I have blocked. They left a 20 second voicemail by mistake with them talking in Indian and laughing before realising that she was on voicemail and hung up. No company name offered, wouldn’t trust regardless. Especially as it appears to me a mobile number and not a landline
