This number called today...guy was very vague and asked many repetitive questions. He went onto ask for passwords...my wife got on her phone and called the number back off her phone. Was put through to Santander (genuine as it sounded like they usual call centre) Turned out to be fraudulent and they were trying to scam £300 from the account. Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 1618142xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with pensions, PPI, claims marketing, accident chasers... Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Guys did they call you with the same or something new?
