I too have solar panels and I have had eight calls in the last week from a Chelmsford number. Its as good as a scam, pretending to have discount vouchers for work on your house to be more eco friendly. Very persistent and don't take no for an answer.

Got a call saying it was for a discount on my phone bill, think it was a scam as no security questions were asked ! They put the phone down when I queried them
They are scammers pretending to be Virgin media. They claim that your internet box has been compromised because of suspect malware and then pretend that they want to compensate you by putting money into your bank account, but really they try and take money out of your account. They are Asians and the number emanates from Orpington Kent.

Had a call from.this number but im pretty sure its been spoofed as it came up with +44 instead of the full area code. Claiming to be citizens advice which unless you've called them which i havnt they dont call you. Hung up and blocked. Had calls from other similar numbers too and sounded like the call clicked to be recorded was silent to behin with.
At least 10 calls every day from this number. Always asking if we still have a driveway at the property.

It’s a scam! Told me they had noticed an unusual amount for £1100.00 had been taken from my account. Persisted to try to sell me an iPhone 14 even though I told him from the start I already owned one !!!! Said he was my energy representative for my area postcode. I asked who he worked for, and after a pause long enough for it to be clear he wasn't going to answer, he continued with his script.
