SCAM Asian man called Peter insisted he was from Microsoft with the usual nonsense about my computer. The call ended with him telling me to *uck off, *uck off, *uck off.
Found that number on my bill of august 2022. As if I called it for 4 seconds. No idea on how it got there and couldn't be on purpose as I don't have any connection with UK nor any reason to call that UK number for 4 seconds.

Got a call from this number today and I see people are saying it’s a scam. She asked if I was a housing tenet and did I have any repairs that haven’t been done. She meant mould and such but I don’t know what she could scam me out of. If anyone knows could they tell me worried about this.

By the time their call ended, and I got through to O2 (max 10 minutes), they’d already changed my email and postal addresses. O2 tell me the only time they will ask for the OTP is when a customer calls them. Looks like I stopped them in time, all details now changed, and security info changed, but be careful people. Text Message - from BT SMS. As a Vodafone customer this is being sent via my line to my router to pick up as a message. Unless I actually answer or get the message, the number keeps calling. Have asked for this to be stopped by Vodafone but unfortunately it still hasn't.
