Second call from this number in 2 days: Recorded message purporting to be from Amazon, claiming that my Amazon Prime account is about to be suspended; I don't use Amazon and don't have a Prime account I hung up.
This people are south Asian (their tone is Indian like),They told they are are from Carphone warehouse. when i asked for email and they send me an email from : <[email protected]> which clearly states it is scam. Because if you see the domain name of the email, it is clear that its not carphonewarehouse. Message was in Chinese...2nd message received... in Chinese in 2 days.Third missed call and message left from different number...Said there was a message from Chinese embassy..please press 3 for further details then ended in another verbal message in Chinese..I see the first call originated from Manchester..as far as i know Chinese embassy is not in Manchester... L.O.L. Only connection i have with China is my smart phone was made and originated from there...

Called me while I was abroad. I rejected the call. Assuming it was O2 trying to sell me a new telephone contract, like the previous people reported, then it s quite shocking to think I would have had to pay O2 for the dubious privilege of receiving an unsolicited telephone call from them offering to sell me something. :-(

As above comments, got a call out of blue caliming to be from Windows saying problems needed to be fixed on my computer, gave me a serial number that coincided with what is on my computer etc, then it turns out they want money for fixing problem and they wanted remote access to my computer, no no no!I kept them on for half an hour and he gave me this number to ring back
