SCAM Claimed she was "'Yennifer' from 'Wirgin' media technical department"! Woman had very 'thick' 'Indian'-style accent. She said "oh, oh, oh," when I said I was busy & I would ring Virgin later. She'd done the "How are you this morning?", like a lot of the phone scams do. Nothing was said about security questions! Suspect this was another scam call.

Said he was from BT Outreach and would speed up my internet. Asked me to start my computer and follow some instructions. I put the phone down but he kept ringing back, became aggressive and threatened to block my internet.
They constantly ring asking for Karen Thorpe - we have never heard of her. She has never lived here, but they won t accept this. They say that they will take our number off their database, but a couple of months later, they ring again.

wouldn’t answer as nearly all capquest numbers are 07794 986 xxx. It is just the last 3 change around but they are usually around the 250 mark. The chances of anyone else ringing me first thing in the morning off the same number are very very slim indeed! (I’m ex PI and this case should never have gone into debt collection, beware of Greenstar energy!)

Beware Scammer and Hacker! Number used to replace my recovery phone on my Xiaomi account in an attempt to lock me out of my phone. Part of a larger problem where If I hadn't realised what was going on he could have potentially gotten into all my accounts locked me out of them too, then blackmailed me to release them. AVOID!!! 020 357570311 has called at approximately the same time each day for the past few days (August 2014). I have to have the answerphone on to filter my land line calls due to scam calls.
