0800 183 6403 Got called by a man with heavy Indian accent, lots of noise in background. He said he’s from Virgin Media, asked fir me by name. Offering further discounts and free TV channels. These are very highly trained scammers and they appear to know details of my virgin media account. How? Has there been a data breach at Virgin? My account preferences are set to no contact by phone. Unfortunately they will have shared your number with other companies who make these nuisance calls. So be prepared to get even more if you answer this one. I have ansafone on 24/7 and seldom answer unknown numbers. But since this one is London and with the current emergency going on there with the fire, I answered in error. Scam call I believe.
