They told me my number was very old and i should change to Vodafone for a better deal. Then tried to sell me a phone and contract for ?25 per month discounted for the first 3 months. At this point I hung up. They called me back later and when I answered they hung up.

If you get a call you should answer or call back as the problem is that the initial database maker sells your number on to other junk call companies. If you have a call from them you should call the number back and ask for James, the call centre manager and demand where they got your number from. If you don t the problem of nuisance calls will get worse. You can then call the initial seller and ask to be removed from the main database. Pinpoint (Call Solutions) Ltd. I am local to Wrexham and have recently had 4 local numbers that have called me whose numbers I don t recognize so have left the calls go to answer phone but shortly after my answer phone message starts, they hang up. They are probably all from the same organization all calling from different numbers. So far the numbers who have called me are as follows: 01978 638019 01978 638253 01978 638486 01978 638995 I just wish I had bought a better landline phone to block these and other nuisance spam
