This PPI company have called me several times, among many others. I ve decided to play a game called keep them on the phone for as long as possible. This time though the oriental/Asian woman got angry and accused me "ME" of wasting her time hahaha

Aggressive PPI calls. After being told the call was unwelcome, instead of finishing the call the caller started trying to wind me up.
Returned this call to find out more because it is not listed in any database of who called me numbers. Got a message machine that said mailbox 876, recording and then simply instructions for leaving your recorded message. I see that there have been 135 searches for this number as of 24 Jan 2017, but no results. Very odd.

Claiming to be from Amazon, suspicious activity on my account, and Amazon had sent me an email alerting me to this problem, which I hadn't got, he wanted access to my computer, he couldn't make up his mind if it was a Smart Phone that was trying to be ordered, or general household goods. I said I wouldn't allow any access to my Computer, the phone went dead!!!
Message was in Chinese...2nd message received... in Chinese in 2 days.Third missed call and message left from different number...Said there was a message from Chinese embassy..please press 3 for further details then ended in another verbal message in Chinese..I see the first call originated from Manchester..as far as i know Chinese embassy is not in Manchester... L.O.L. Only connection i have with China is my smart phone was made and originated from there...

This people are south Asian (their tone is Indian like),They told they are are from Carphone warehouse. when i asked for email and they send me an email from : <[email protected]> which clearly states it is scam. Because if you see the domain name of the email, it is clear that its not carphonewarehouse. From looking the number up and finding all these comments saying Vanquis - i called Vanquis up asking why a debt collecting agency is harrassing me when I paid off any money oweing last year and wrote a letter of cancellation LAST YEAR! I dont even have a valid in date credit card with them - how could I owe money?! They obviously havent closed my account! Because I cant remember an email address of password from 4 Years ago they will not talk to me about the account! Vultures!! They should be closed down.

Called me while I was abroad. I rejected the call. Assuming it was O2 trying to sell me a new telephone contract, like the previous people reported, then it s quite shocking to think I would have had to pay O2 for the dubious privilege of receiving an unsolicited telephone call from them offering to sell me something. :-(

ActiveQuote - Private Health insurance. Call center They call at renewal time, presumably so they can get another commission. I chose my existing provider from a comparison website and don't need any "advice" to renew with them. Obviously, if you keep change providers any pre-existing medical conditions won't be covered. You can supposedly email [email protected] to update your preferences. I haven't tried it yet, but it should stop the calls.
