Have previously had about three missed calls from this number - just picked up the latest call and they informed me that I d had a car accident at some point since July 2010 - I have never had a car accident, thank goodness. I tried to book a room at The Principal Oxford Spires Hotel, Abingdon Road, OX1 4PS, Oxford and called a number 08448542910 indicated on their website. I had to call twice as there was an automated telephone service and no one was able to answer my phone calls. Last month I saw a charge of 1.38 GBP plus VAT on my phone bill!! What a wrong way to make money!! Looks like the hotel is doing that badly so they have to charge potential customers to simply book a room. According to the reviews on the above number

Money scam. They pose as a photography company (Imagethirst), offering free photo shoots, asking for a deposit first(usually ?40-?50). They have been known to tell you that you are a prize winner for other things also, and pose as other companies.

SCAM - Just had a call saying they were contacting me about upgrading my phone, so I wasn't best pleased about being disturbed when I'm not feeling well with a very heavy cold. I knew it was a scam straight away as there was no link to my existing provider, so I informed the caller of that and told him to "Bu**er off"! Suggest others do the same.

I ve had this number call me several times. Sometimes they have hung up before I can answer, sometimes it is late at night!!!!! If you are in a Union which is related to the Labour party, i.e Unite and it is Corbyn and his mates, I guess this is where you money is going!! I never have voted for you, and never will!
