SCAM Called to tell me my internet was slow and they would fix it. They tried to send me to a website to fix it but when I asked if I could have a number to call them back to make sure they were legit they hung up. They then called back to ask when was a convenient time to call me and I restated I wanted to call them and they hung up again. The second time the call came from 01483828426.

When they called me last month I rang them back and gave them all my info and they confirmed they had no record of debt at any of my previous addresses or under my name. I asked them if they would be so kind as to remove my number being that I had no debt or business with this company and they were happy to do so. The girl said she was called Sophie Joyce (surname given after I questioned her for it) and the company she was working for was Outspire Insource on behalf of EE. Started trying to sell me some new deals. I revealed that I had Googled the number and had read that a number of people had posted to say it was a scam. I made the mistake of ordering a kitchen appliance from Boots Kitchen Appliances / AO. Within a day I d received 8 sales calls. Do not give these people your number. Not even for "delivery purposes". I did not answer, but wanted to check the number out first. there was no bad report on the number. when I tried to return the call there was no answer then a "click" in the line and a message that the "other person had hung up". this makes me think it s somebody trying to sell you something nobody wants
