Totally fed up with this company, receiving up to 4 calls a day. Even after speaking to a supervisor to have my number deleted, the calls keep coming!

Said that because they’d refunded an overpayment that my account may show in arrears and I may receive an automated letter due to this error. When i asked her if she is a scammer as i am not with three, she put down the phone instantly. When i call back the number, it just beeps two times and go off. They are scammers for sure! Be aware!

"Sharon" from the "Citizens Advisory Service" just called me and informed me of some alleged unsecured loans that I need help with!?!?!? When I told her this was untrue and she shouldn t be looking at my financial information, she shouted "shut up. shut up!" down the phone and hung up. I d say that was pretty dodgy wouldn t you?

Fake Virgin Media call, said I was not with them and they switched to saying they were from Sky! Called 5 times one day and then a few more the next few days. Will see if they call again. All sounding like they were from India, bad English and grammar. Suspect it's a scam for getting your money.
