this was a call from Elite Direct in rainham Essex It was there UK Mail Order Service. They were not cold callers they phoned regaridng a order.

Called both my mobile and my landline - both numbers have voicemail facility, but no message left on either! If it s important enough to call, they should leave a message. Just hanging up suggests it s some sort of telesales which, as I m registered with TPS, should not be happening. Am vey annoyed!!

Miss called from this number.

Been called twice in two days by this number. Told the caller yesterday that I wasn t interested in whatever it is they want, but they still called me again today. Callers have Indian accents and their English isn t clear, but I did manage this time to make out the name of the company , which is Frontline Savers .

Enjoyed stringing him along, the man from First Response / MIB (Motor Insurance Bureau) I asked if he meant the Men In Black, as he was calling to see if my RTA had been sorted out, I asked which one he was referring to as I said I have had few LOL, he couldn t give the information he was referring to but said in the last 2.5 years. I had a miss call and I rang back just music so I hung up as I was scared it could of been a scam to get my details.

Cold calling

Its not just AO I just received a call from a young woman claiming to be from boots appliances, in the pretence of confirming delivery details etc. In fact her sole purpose was to sell insurance cover! She repeated every detail of my delivery, which I already know, told me they can remove my old appliance, which I already know etc etc etc then asked me why my old appliance was broken! All leading to the insurance pitch! These are badly scripted insurance sales calls! I am very disappointed that boots
