Received numerous calls on my mobile answered a few times to no response finally speaks to someone called Tony told me I d had an accident (which I never had) asked politely if he could ring me back tomorrow as I d seen it in the stars I was going to have the said accident, at that point we got disconnected?

23 Nov 2021 - Silence at first, then a click and background call centre noise. An Asian person then said "Hello Maam, it's "Jacks from Carphone Warehouse. How are you today?" Pre-recorded message re banking PPI, dial 5 to contact, 9 to avoid more calls from this number, but the 9 does not work as received more calls two and three days later. Absolute pain. Registered with TPS already so how do they obtain my details?

Hi anyone who reads this regarding this nuisance number. I have just reported them to the ico (information commissioners office), google them, give them a call and report this number, when they get enough complaints they can take the company to court and fine them A LOT OF MONEY. Justice. They just need people to report them enough as evidence, they cannot work on individual cases.
