This number called my mobile and claimed to be from HMRC. Said that I was being investigated for fraud and that if I did not press "1" to be connected then a warrant for my arrest would be issued immediately. I hung up, of course.
I think this was a scam call claiming to be from my internet provider.

Called about loft insulation. Said if was not a “selling” call it was a survey carried out to see if insulation was to standard. Then went on to say she Kew it was not to current standards but still denied it was a sales call. When I asked her to cut to the chase and not blindly following a script. She became abusive said I was a clever dick if I could see down the phone at what she was doing then she swore at me and hung up. Nice.
If this works the same way as telesales they need to keep you on the line for 30 seconds in order to earn their wages. Just hang up...

At least 2 calls every day from this number. When I do pick up the phone goes dead. Its about time the TPS in this country gained real power like the US, over there if a company calls after being told not, they have to pay a fixed penalty to the homeowner. Called me, after answering there was a pause and I was hung up on. Unable to return call due to "not being in use". Smells like automated telemarketing.
Woman could barely speak English, kept saying "Sorry" and wouldn t tell me where she got my number from. Said she would remove me from the "list" but I doubt that will happen. Will report to ICO.

They have called many times. I answered once and told them to take me off their caller list as I do not want insurance. They continue to call but I never answer. I m going to ask EE to stop their calls getting through.
I was asked about my pension history and whether I had a PIP. If I did the government have announced that I should be able to reclaim over-charging, particularly if my pension pot was more than £10,000. I asked for details of their website and she gave me theirs where there is no reference to this. Also mention gov.co.uk (which is obviously gov.uk) and I can find no reference to what she said. Also nothing on Moneysaving Expert, my go-to place for this type of thing.

They didn t give a damn about correcting a front window that was falling apart soon after installation - including the cill put in back-to-front. Scam: recorded message claiming someone was purchasing products using my account but did not say which account or which company they were calling from. Call appears to originate from Russia when checking the number from this site.
