Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 19169141xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with spam/telemarketing calls, sometimes from energy companies. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). People did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...
Had a text from this number at 2:30 am saying I was subscribed to WopWappy. My ee account has been billed £9 in total for two texts from this number so I asked ee to block third party charges on my account but I wont be getting my 9 quid back as I have to contact the company who billed me for that WopWappy.
