I've had two calls from this number on my work mobile. I missed the first attempt but answered the second a few minutes ago. She claimed to be calling from Curry's PC World in London and gave a London post code. Strange then to have a number with an Edinburgh area code! It appears that it's trying to sell phones. Very noisy call centre and a very bad line indicating that the call was coming from overseas, probably India judging by the accent. Block the number so you're never bothered by it again.

Spam call. Tried to tell me they were from Currys PC World and peddle some phone upgrade. Not at Currys PC World customer, so why would they have my number, clearly fake. When I asked why they would contact me if I am not a customer they just hung up.

Fortunately I was there to intercept. said his name was 'jai' or something similar sounding. asked if I do marketing then my ethnic background. said he needed help with google. Told him I don't deal with google, he claimed no available help at google. when I said I can't help with google and to contact them, he said only 'he can set his password'. Said I was being 'funny about it and told me I was weird'. blocked the number.
Received call at 11'35am this morning, 14/02/23. Phone reported it as "Suspected Spam" so did not answer.
Claiming to be from EVRI about a delivery fee and failure causes parcel to be returned ...... "Now follow link ..." in aggressive bold print ... I'm not expecting any parcels and certainly not ftom EVRI ... who or whatever they are! Suspect this is a SCAM.

I've been receiving calls from UK numbers even though I live in Spain and have never lived in the UK. Every time I pick up the call they simply hung up, so now I simply decline the call and add the number to my black list.

Safe number NHS. This was a call from Hinckley and Bosworth Medical Alliance about an out of hours appointment. The number came up on my phone as possible Scam, but it is genuine. Google it. Apparantly number is also used by complete business systems.
