When asked which bank were refunding charges just repeated UK Financial Services. Told me they would cancel cheque if I didn t give date of birth. I said that would be fine and hung up. Then asked if I was a homeowner. I said he would know that if he was who he said he was and what company is he calling from - he immediately hung up!!!
