TAXES / HMRC scam. Robo caller claiming that I'm the subject to tax evasion investigations and a warrant has been issued for my arrest. Pressed a number to speak to someone with a heavy indian accent called Alfred Collins who was a tax investigator for HMRC. I laughed in his ear and hung up.

Message sent claiming to be my child and to block their old number and text this new number from now on. I asked which child and was told to guess... amazingly I guessed the name correctly! Fraud COMMERCIAL AND DOMESTIC INVESTIGATIONS took money of us by claiming they had details of illegal transactions relating to businesses that owe us money. It turns out those businesses are their other client's debtors too and they use their private data illegally. Unfortunately we fell for this scam and paid. The Police let them get away with it as civil matter. The Courts are our only hope.
