Caller claimed they were calling because my Beko washing machine warranty had expired. I don t have a Beko washing machine. I gave this incorrect information to a unwanted cold call last week (Indian caller, UK Preference, claiming they were doing a survey). They have obviously passed my details to this company.

Got a call from this company today, asking if my windows were alright. Just hung up and blocked number.

These people are a bloody nuisance.what I do is answer and put the phone up to the radio.

They have called many times. I answered once and told them to take me off their caller list as I do not want insurance. They continue to call but I never answer. I m going to ask EE to stop their calls getting through.

I get several calls a week from this company which I ignore. As it seems they have first names they must be getting this information from phone companies selling lists on. Only my friends, family and phone company know my number AND name.

This person named copeland called re: bing verification of business listing I said I was already verified but had a duplicate listing, any how this person was rude, overbearing and aggressive, and refused to listen to any thing I said saying (he was going to hang up as he didnt like how i spoke to him) imagine that, I have the call recorded and saved on file.

Recorded message thanked me! for calling them. I cut off before I got to hear any more of their nonsense. I guess they want me to call back on their number to enquire about my non-existant call. To my knowledge, I have never had any dealings with Dennis Publishing

Was called by this company re a minor RTA I had a few months ago and was told there was a pot of money waiting for me if I proceeded with a personal injury claim. I told him it had all been dealt with and I was satisfied but he did not want to take no for an answer and persisted in telling me I would be foolish not to make a claim. Indian "gentleman", claims he is from Microsoft. Says my computer is downloading spurious files. I asked him how he knew it was my computer, he said by the machine ID. When I asked what this was he quoted "888DCA....." which is NOT a machine ID, it is a standard Microsoft code related to zip-files, which I told him. The call was terminated immediately...!

Wanted to know if I had some unwanted downloads on my computer

I had a few times call from this number claiming that they are from police .asking 125 pound from me to let me do busness in my area.

Rang for them to come out and do a quote for me I was told they could not speak to me only the man of the house what a joke I also own the house and was paying so they lost the sale but keep on calling all the time will not take no for an answer

This number has called me twice today. I foolishly answered it the first time to find the person at the other end put the phone down after I said hello and I ignored it the second time. Don t want any more calls thanks so added to my rejected list! :-(

I was asked about my pension history and whether I had a PIP. If I did the government have announced that I should be able to reclaim over-charging, particularly if my pension pot was more than £10,000. I asked for details of their website and she gave me theirs where there is no reference to this. Also mention gov.co.uk (which is obviously gov.uk) and I can find no reference to what she said. Also nothing on Moneysaving Expert, my go-to place for this type of thing.
