Whenever you ask to have your data deleted, the phone call terminates - or at least that was my experience from this number, and about 30 calls from other numbers also claiming to be Carphone Warehouse.

Mother in law was called and asked for all her card details and remote access to her computer. As she is old she complied and has now had £2000 stolen. Banks are saying they cant do anything as she "gave" her details.
