05 Nov 2021 - The caller initially claimed to be calling about loft insulation. On being told I was not interested in this line of discussion he refused to take no for an answer. I called off. The same person then called back immediately from an undisclosed number indicating that he knew my name and address and heaping extremely abusive language on me. Should be traced and stopped. Reply

Junk call. Doing "a survey" I think but have never let them get as far as asking any questions. Persistent though, they keep trying and I have had 3 calls in the last 24 hours from them.
