We had exactly the same situation happen as described above, Sarah Parker was incredibly aggressive and rude to both myself and my Director on numerous occassions when we tried to question her over her fictional invoice, when i asked to speak to her manager she hung up on me. It is a legitimate call. when you ask for password or memorable word reset. they contact you to verify with a code to reset.
