I have had a few calls from these but i never answer 08 numbers because 9 times out of ten they are dodgy and probably charge you for answering. I would love to know how they get your number. I have blocked this number from calling me again.
Was sent straight to voicemail, even though they rang me. Disconnected call and immediately got a message on my phone advising about blocking scam callers, was about to click yes, when a link appeared to a website? Seems like some kind of scam, avoid and beware!

This number called while I was out today. I rang it back later and got a message that it could not accept calls. My caller display indicated that it was an "international" number. Because it was clearly not from Liverpool, I set my call blocker against it. I note that it has subsequently rung again. My blocker rejected it.

Caller identified herself as Julie Smith from Signet Advice (as far as I could tell with some background noise). Said she d been informed I was recently injured in a car accident that wasn t my fault. I asked her how she knew that. She replied that she was sorry to bother me and would remove my phone number from their database and hung up on me without pausing for breath. Pond scum. Scam call about appliance insurance renewal when infact I don't have such insurance. Female caller identified herself as Sam and spoke clear English. I let her waffle on to waste her time and she gave me a number to call back on 01273 101448.
