Keeps calling the house every few months. Keep ignoring them now, but very,very annoying. I have a trick that I am willing to try out in order to stop these calls, will let you know how it goes.

Advises that you have been experiencing problems with your broadband service, and in order to correct the problem, you must press number 1 (one) on your phone keypad to speak to their “executive”. Have been rang by this number at least once a day for about 3 weeks - I normally miss the call as I don t have my phone on my at work. On the one occasion I picked up no one said anything on the other end when I said Hello then they put the phone down. I tried to ring back but it went the the guardian newspaper voicemail - I have no connection with the guardian so I don t think its very legit!

I didn t answer the call as very suspicious but rang them back to get info. Say they re claims specialists and got my details from Motor Insurance Bureau. I haven t had an accident and they had my name wrong. Very foreign accents. I suspect a scam. have blocked the number.

Didn’t take the call on my landline but they left a pre recorded message informing me that my card had been used in a foreign transaction twenty minutes before and that I should press 1 to stop it. I rang the number from my mobile a couple of times and each time got the busy tone. I reckon it’s a poor attempt at a scam.
