Claimed to be from TALKTALK technical dept, asking whether i had problems with internet. I'm aware of these scams so played along for a while and it was the usual thing; they get you to look up Windows Eventviewer , see the number of 'errors', say 'Oh my God', then tell you it can be fixed by doing what they say. I didn't call back as there's a scam now where if you call back certain numbers it shows up on your bill as you've called them back and it's listed as anything from 1 to 12 hours. This bill is about 300 quid so if it's genuine they can leave a message as far as I'm concerned
