This number comes from a agency in London working on behalf of the times newspaper. If you answer them tell them you want their registered address so you can bill them ?10 per minute, that ll get rid of them, but if the do recall then send them a invoice sent as tracked, and they have to pay you if you pursue to a small debt court. Asked for Mrs Cragg (not known at this address ever - we are first occupants). Said they were from microsoft and needed to help. When I said no-one of that name here, got flustered and hung up. Tried calling number back but won t go through.
Something or another solutions yet another accident helpline...block and report as spam if you can and do NOT ANSWER.
So annoying, always getting calls off thek selling different home improvements, solar panels, windows, heating etc. Even when you tell them to stop calling they never listen.
Just had a second call from a guy using this number who said he was from Vodafone and launched into savings he could make to my account. I tried to ask him who exactly he/they were but he just talked over me. Eventually I told him to get lost (in no uncertain terms), disconnected the call and blocked their number. Avoid answering any calls from them.
