Call center: Lady saying she wanted to ask questions about my general household. The line was awful and I couldn't understand what she was asking me. I believe she may have said something about my washing machine, but can't be 100% certain. I put the phone down as she was too hard to understand and the line was very quiet.

Caller claimed that I was due a refund due to me having made an over-payment. He then proceeded to ask for details of any loans I ve had. When I said I hadn t had any, he denied he had mentioned any refund or over-payment - said he had only said maybe or possibly.
My caller display showed international 01242513505. Had two call in last hour said from BT, advised my router faulty, told me go turn on computer immediately almost barking instructions......got. Received a call from this number on 20/12/14 and let it go to ansaphone as I didn t recognise the number and get a large number of nuisance calls. If people start to leave a message, I pick up. If they don t leave a message (as on this occasion) I check for others experience with the number after the call, and I was not surprised to discover that it s another one of these tiresome attempts to gain access to my computer.
This number was in an email I received for Dental Probiotics. It stated I had agreed to buy them with a card payment of £352. I HAD NOT!!
