Scam call about appliance insurance renewal when infact I don't have such insurance. Female caller identified herself as Sam and spoke clear English. I let her waffle on to waste her time and she gave me a number to call back on 01273 101448. Caller identified herself as Julie Smith from Signet Advice (as far as I could tell with some background noise). Said she d been informed I was recently injured in a car accident that wasn t my fault. I asked her how she knew that. She replied that she was sorry to bother me and would remove my phone number from their database and hung up on me without pausing for breath. Pond scum. (My number is registered with TPS and I can t stand talking to idiots so I ve reported them)

No name and when I called the company they said they had no record of the account no they had left in the message and no record of my phone no. The message was threatening and it took 20 rep,ays to work out their phone no. It is disgusting that they can leave this type of message .
