This number kept calling my mobile, but I kept missing speaking with whomever was calling. I actually picked up a call today and a man with a sing-song accent (hard to understand) said he was from the Citizen s Advice Bureau, which I thought highly unlikely. He then went on to ask me if I had had any accidents recently - any trips, falls, car accidents etc etc. Scam merchant - I told him to remove my name from his call sheet and never call again.

This is an affiliated number belonging to a set redirected through a Company called Nexbridge Communications Ltd. They re a bunch of prats with nothing better to do than flog any old crap for clients and their call redirection service will show different locations where the call came from. They need debt advice themselves as their Directors are in debt up to their eyeballs! Nuisance call. "You claim for me". Hung up but at least they said who they were and left number when dialling 1471.

Said they were calling from my bank due to an overpayment of an insurance policy..told them it was not possible as I had no policy with bank they were quite pushy so told them they have my details send me a cheque!

I didn t answer the call as very suspicious but rang them back to get info. Say they re claims specialists and got my details from Motor Insurance Bureau. I haven t had an accident and they had my name wrong. Very foreign accents. I suspect a scam. have blocked the number.

They are insurance underwriters - genuine company calling in response to a claim.

Asked if I was the bill payer and I said yes. Then he stated a different address to me and I said no that's not this address then he put the phone down? Strange!
