SCAM CALL - Recorded voice saying they are my internet provider

saying i had a accident ...and thats the reason im recieving a high volume of scam calls ..called.her out ..she hung up ..

Immediate update - I got an almost immediate reply to my emails and they say that although this is a one-off £10 charge for a 12-month reminder service for which they make it clear there is a charge (hmmmm) they will process an immediate refund via the Post Office. So easy that one can only infer that they receive many, many requests per day for refunds from people such as me who are totally unaware that they had signed up. Result! I emailed [email protected]

"Jenson" called me,said he was from the BT Technical department and my internet connection was going to be disconnected tomorrow. Having never spoke to anyone called Jenson I tried to engage him in conversation but to no avail, he started getting agitated. I suspect his name is more like Ranjit or something similar from his accent and demeanour. I indicated that he should disconnect my internet connection as soon as possible, so far nothing has happened! Ranjit might be a liar

SCAM / SPAM 01731 area code does not exist in the uk, so its a scammer spoofing their number. suggest you block this number and report it to Ofcom

This number has rung my mobile Thurs, Fri, Mon, Tues so far. I do not answer because they never leave a message and the number does not belong to anyone I know. It is extremely annoying. Can I report it to anyone?
