Complete time wasters. Very rude female who would not take no for an answer. I started recording the call and gave her clear instructions to take me off their database and NEVER to call me again. If they call again, my solicitor will be calling them.
I never state my name and immediately ask who is calling, on who's behalf and where they got my details. The lady passed me on to her male colleague. Who said they got my details from the car traffic accident department. I question why they would send them any information. I also stated I have not given any permission to anyone to use my personal data or pass it on. He then mentioned something about my personal data being secure (hmm) and mentioned something about my car insurance. I ask what car accident
