Call from Micro Technical - Asian lady, wantingd to talk to the main user of computer. Asked why? She did not have a name and got agitated when I wouldn t give her any info. When I asked where she got our number from, she said this is the number we registered our computer on. Told her that wasn t true and asked her to give me the computer IP number after several minutes of requesting this - she hung up.

They telephoned me today as my booking through their website had been cancelled and they wanted to explain, in person, that my monies would be immediately deposited back into my bank account.
